Chinatown Service Center

Gilchrist Immigrant Resource Center
The APALRC is conducting in-person intake by appointment only on the second and fourth Thursday of the month, from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Gilchrist Immigrant Resource Center for individuals interested in applying for U.S. citizenship. The Gilchrist Center is located on the 2nd floor of the Gaithersburg Library, at 18330 Montgomery Village Avenue, Gaithersburg, Maryland. To schedule an appointment, please click here.
